Plan Your Special Day

The Redwood Meadows Events Team would love to help you plan your special day!  We offer both indoor and outdoor packages set in the majestic location of Redwood Meadows on the outskirts of Kananaskis Provincial Park (20 min west of Calgary). The Wolf Willow Room is adorned with an indoor fire place, attached industrial kitchen, large windows backing onto a patio, and a green space which includes an outdoor fire pit. Scenic outdoor photo opportunities are plenty including a short walk to the Elbow River. We can take care of as much or as little event coordination as you desire. Please inquire about our catering options, shuttle service to surrounding hotels, and bar service.  We are here to reduce stress and make your special day proceed seamlessly!

Rental Rates & Guidelines

Wolf Willow Room Rental Rate: $2000 (150 person dining capacity)

 

  • Includes use of our kitchen, bar, and outside deck (55 fold-out chairs) seats 50-70
  • Includes table & chair rental
  • Two bartenders included up to 8 hours, $25/hr each after 8 hours
  • Use of the Wild Rose room

 

Additional Charges:

 

  • 100% refundable damage deposit= $800
  • Save the date= $50 (non-refundable and not transferable)
  • Optional weekend rental with surrounding days rented for set-up and take down $250
  • Special Options such as fire pit, AV equipment, cordless mics, BBQ


 

Vendors: We would be happy to recommend catering, DJs, and other vendors you may need  for your dream wedding!

Wolf Willow Room:
