The Redwood Meadows Events Team would love to help you plan your event!  We offer both indoor and outdoor packages set in the majestic location of Redwood Meadows on the outskirts of Kananaskis Provincial Park (20 min west of Calgary). The Wolf Willow Room is adorned with an indoor fire place, attached industrial kitchen, large windows backing onto a patio, and a green space which includes an outdoor fire pit. Scenic outdoor photo opportunities are plenty including a short walk to the Elbow River. We can take care of as much or as little event coordination as you desire. Please inquire about our catering options,  and bar service.  We are here to reduce stress and make your special day proceed seamlessly!

Rental Rates & Guidelines

Wolf Willow Room Rental Rate: $100/hr (150 person dinner seating capacity)

• Includes use of our kitchen, bar, and outside deck (35 folding chairs) seats 50-70
• Includes table & chair rental
• Bartender included

Wild Rose Room Rental Rate: $50/hr (30 seating capacity)

• Theatre seating for up to 28, boardroom seating for 16
• Full kitchen facilities
• 60 inch Bluetooth-enabled television
• White boards

Additional Charges:

• Damage deposit= $500
• Save the date= $50 (non-refundable and not transferable)
• Optional day before access for decorating (3pm-9pm)= $250
• Optional day after take down (9am-12pm)= $150
• Fire Pit (wood included)= $100
• Special Options such as AV Equipment, BBQ, Cordless Mics at a rate of $60 each

Catering - we would be happy to recommend a caterer.
