Fitness with Ann
Join us for fitness classes at Redwood House every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am to 10:00am between September and June. Workouts change weekly but always include exercises for strength, cardio, core, balance and flexibility. All you need to bring is running shoes, a water bottle, yoga mat and hand weights if you have them. Drop-in cost is $10 per class, with discounts for multiple classes in a session. Not sure you’re ready for a hard workout? Seniors and those new or returning to fitness might enjoy gentler fitness classes, offered every Monday and most Fridays at Redwood House from 10:15am to 11:15am. Cost is $10 per class. Email Ann Sullivan at email@example.com for information.
