Facility Rental Rates

  • A damage deposit of 50% of total rate is due upon booking.
  • Day Rate for non-community members only.  After 4:30 pm Monday – Friday, hourly rates apply.
  • Community rates are available to residents of Redwood Meadows.  Please read the conditions in the Community Rate Agreement below.
  • Bulk and Not-For-Profit Group Rates = Community Rates
Wild Rose Room Hourly Day Rate (8:30 – 4:30 pm)Monday – Friday only

Community Rate Agreement:

  • You must be a resident of Redwood Meadows to be eligible for the Community Rate.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking with no less than 30 days notice and a full refund.
  • Full payment is due upon booking.   Costs incurred from damages will be invoiced as necessary.
  • It is expected that the facility be left in the condition that it was found.  Tables and chairs must be stored away, kitchen cleaned, carpet vacuumed and floors swept and mopped.
